We do everything in our power to investigate your benefits and eligibility for you prior to your visit, but cannot be responsible for the payment or non-payment by your insurance company for your office visit. The ultimate responsibility for payment of your bill is up to you and we will collect all co-pays, deductibles, and payment for non-covered items upon completion of services performed on the day of your visit.
